User Accounts

Payment and Billing
- Fees are charged per video generated as specified on our pricing page
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
- Prices may change with reasonable notice to users
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
POVU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
